How does your hydrojetting technique work?

Hydrojetting utilizes high-pressure water jets to dislodge and flush away contaminants from the interior surfaces of RV holding tanks. This powerful technique effectively removes debris, bacteria, and other substances, leaving the tanks clean and fresh.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes, our mobile service brings convenience directly to our customers' RV site, whether you're parked at a campground, RV park, or residential property, to perform our cleaning services at your convenience. We generally use between 100 to 200 gallons of water. To facilitate this, it's essential that your site is equipped with full- hook-ups, including a sewer dump and city- or park-pressured water.

What areas do you serve?

Located in Northwest Arizona, we proudly serve customers throughout the state, offering our mobile cleaning services with a primary focus on areas within a one-hour radius of our base. This includes cities such as Mohave Valley, Bullhead City, Topock, Lake Havasu, Golden Valley, Kingman, Dolan Springs, Hackberry, Oatman, Peach Springs, Wikieup, and Yucca. While we extend our services to all of Arizona, customers outside of our general service area may incur travel charges for appointments. Emergency service is not available for extended service areas, but with adequate advanced scheduling, we ensure prompt and reliable service wherever you are in the state.

How long does the cleaning process take?

The duration of the cleaning process depends on various factors, including the size of your RV's holding tanks and the level of build-up present. However, our goal is to complete the service efficiently while ensuring thorough and effective cleaning. On average, the process takes approximately 90 minutes for an RV with 1 black tank and 1 gray tank.

Is your cleaning process environmentally friendly?

Indeed, our cleaning process prioritizes environmental friendliness and safety for both RV owners and their surroundings. We refrain from using chemicals and instead rely on eco-friendly techniques, primarily utilizing hot water when available. This approach minimizes our environmental footprint while still achieving exceptional results in RV tank cleaning.

The frequency of tank cleaning depends on factors such as usage, storage conditions, and personal preferences. As a general guideline, we recommend scheduling tank cleaning at least once a year to maintain optimal hygiene and prevent issues such as odor buildup and clogs.

Can you clean tanks that have been neglected for a long time?

Yes, our hydrojetting technique is highly effective at removing even stubborn build-up and debris from neglected tanks. However, extensive build-up with a tank that has been left dry may require additional cleaning sessions and use of chemicals for optimal results. Optimally, the tank should be filled with water and allowed to soak at least 48 hours prior to service if possible.

Do you offer any warranty or guarantee on your services?

Absolutely, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not completely satisfied with the results, please contact us, and we'll do our best to address your concerns.

Are there any special instructions or precautions I should follow after tank cleaning?

After tank cleaning, it's crucial to add fluid back to a black tank, before introducing any tank additives. Approximately 5 gallons of water is recommended.

How far in advance should I schedule an appointment?

We recommend scheduling appointments at least a few days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. For our extended service area, please contact our office to see when we will be in your area next!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer flexible payment options to accommodate your needs, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB. Additionally, we accept most debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo.
We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App and offer an Afterpay option.

Afterpay, available through Square, offers our customers the convenience of splitting their purchase into four equal payments, spread out over six weeks, with no interest or hidden fees. With Afterpay, our customers can get the service they need, knowing they have the flexibility to pay in installments without impacting their budget.
